RedLightPanelIndex participates in affiliate programs operated by brands listed on this site and may earn a commission when you purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you. Which brands operate affiliate programs has no effect on specifications, evidence grades, or rankings; our category winners span multiple brands, including brands with which we have no commercial relationship. Sponsored placements are not sold. If that ever changes, the placement will be labeled.

How the links work

Outbound links to a brand's store, such as the "check current prices" buttons on device and brand pages, go through a short redirect on this site (an address beginning /go/ followed by the brand name) that forwards you to the brand's store. The forwarded address may carry an affiliate identifier. If you buy after following one, the brand may pay the site a commission. You pay the price the brand shows; the identifier does not change it. These links are marked in the page code with the "sponsored" attribute so that search engines treat them as commercial, and they open the brand's own site, whose terms and privacy policy then apply.

What a commercial relationship does not change

Every device record holds the same fields, filled from the brand's published pages and attributed third-party measurements, whether or not the brand runs an affiliate program. Rankings on the best panels pages are computed from those fields with the weighting published on the methodology page; the evidence grades on the evidence pages come from the cited trials. A brand cannot pay for a position, a grade, a review or a mention, and a brand without an affiliate program is listed and scored the same way as one with it.

Prices

Prices on this site are recorded from the brand's own store with the date they were last checked, and they can move between checks. The price at the brand's checkout is the one that applies.
