Sending a correction
The most useful correction names the device as it appears in the panel database, the field that is wrong (a wavelength, an irradiance figure, a price, a warranty term), the correct value, and a link to where the brand publishes it. A screenshot helps when the source is a product page that changes often. For irradiance, include the instrument and the distance the figure was measured at, because a number without a method cannot be entered; the irradiance labels guide explains why.
Brands: submitting a device
Inclusion in the database is free. Send the full specification sheet for each model: every emitted wavelength and, if you publish it, the share of LED power at each; LED count and chip type; irradiance with the measuring instrument and distance; treatment area; the current price; and the warranty, trial and restocking terms as they appear in your policy pages. Third-party spectrometer reports are welcome and are attributed to the lab by name. A submission does not change how a device is scored; every model is run through the same methodology.
Partnerships and affiliate matters
Commercial questions go through the same form with the partnership option selected. The affiliate disclosure sets out what a commercial relationship does and does not change on this site; sponsored placement is not offered.
